Lonestar Smoke & Char Co. is founded in Fort Bend County, 2025 by pitmaster Sawyer McMillin, - a proud member of the award winning Lonestar Cowboy Cookers competition team. With years of cookoff experience, Sawyer developed his rubs not in a lab, but beside roaring pits and smoky trailers, bringing true Texas fire to every bottle. Lonestar Smoke & Char Co. is the brainchild of pitmaster.
